My payment is not going through, what could be the problem?

You may have a problem with your card. Your card may have been blacklisted. You may have insufficient funds.

Do you offer credit or cash payments?

We offer credit card payments via PayGate as well as payment terms via MobiCred.

Which banks are supported?

All banks are supported providing the card is a Visa or Mastercard.

How do I get an invoice after a successful payment?

Once your order is placed and paid for you will receive an order email. Once your item ships you will receive an invoice from the store as well as a copy with your delivery.

Can I make part cash and card payment on delivery?

While we do offer payment terms via MobiCred, we unfortunately only accept full payment via card and do not accept cash.

I get a timeout error when trying to make a purchase?

When paying you will be directed to one of our payment providers. If the timeout occurs before the handover it's a bug on our side and we would ask that you contact us at If the timeout occurs during the payment process the fault is with the payment provider. There is also the possibility that the fault is to do with your internet connection.

How do I know if the site is trusted for making a payment and with my information?

PayGate and MobiCred underwrite all transactions on the store. They offer leading security measures and standards and are used by merchants nationwide.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

All orders over R499 get free delivery nationwide.

How long will delivery take?

Standard orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days to all major areas. Outlying areas will take 7-9 days

Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?

We are unable to change your delivery address after order confirmation. Please ensure you have the correct address at checkout

What happens if a product is missing from my shipment/delivery?

You will need to send us an email at with your order number and which items are missing. Our shopping assistants will get back to you

Can I choose a specific time or day for my delivery?

Your order will be delivered to you on the estimated delivery date. We are unable to offer specific times in which your order will be delivered.

All information at checkout is over Digicert SSL . Payments are handled by Paygate, SA's leading eCommerce terminal provider and MobiCred.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an email confirming your order and another to let you know that your order has shipped. You can contact us on at any time during working hours to check on the progress of your order.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive a tax invoice with your shipment.
